1. Summary
Petals Logic is a casual logic game published by Inversiones Rintronic C.A. It does not require a Rintronic account and does not use personal information for advertising or tracking. Local play works offline; optional game services and store purchases use Apple or Google platform systems when the player chooses them.
2. Information stored on the device
Game progress, settings, accuracy, and level history may be stored locally on the user’s device so the game can remember play state. This information is not transmitted to Rintronic by the current release.
PDF reports are created only when requested by the user and remain under the user’s control through the device’s normal save or share functions.
3. Apple Game Center and Google Play Games (optional)
If the player signs in, Petals Logic may use the platform game service to authenticate the player, submit weighted leaderboard scores, and synchronize supported game progress. Apple or Google associates this activity with the player’s platform account under its own terms and privacy policy. Petals Logic does not receive the player’s account password.
4. In-app purchases and restoration
Classic mode is free. Each premium level includes its first 25 correct answers free and may then offer a permanent non-consumable unlock. Apple App Store or Google Play handles pricing, payment, and the store account. Petals Logic receives product details, transaction status, and verification information needed to unlock or restore a purchase. Rintronic does not receive payment-card details.
5. Permissions and device access
The game does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, health information, or advertising identifiers for normal operation. Network access is used for optional platform game services, purchases, restoration, and cloud save where enabled.
7. Retention and deletion
Locally stored game information remains on the device until it is cleared through device settings or the app is uninstalled, subject to the platform’s normal backup and restore behavior. Petals Logic has no server-side account to delete in the current release.
8. Children
The game is suitable for a general audience but is not designed to collect information from children. Because the current release does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly maintain children’s personal information.
9. Changes
This notice will be updated if app features, permissions, SDKs, or data practices change. The current effective and updated dates will remain visible on this page.
